All projects begin with a review of your objectives and work that you
may have performed previously. To save you time and money we also
perform extensive scientific literature research. We then submit a
proposal of the time and number of plants we estimate it will take to
launch the project.

Green House Research

Let's say you are a manufacturer of a new soil amendment and you
want an independent third party to test the product's efficacy to
confirm your own research. You could contract someone to perform field
trials. However, more often then not, outdoors trials are derailed by
weather or disease and have to be repeated. They also take more time
and are more costly because you have to test your product under
different soil conditions on multiple plant varieties.

This is where we come in. By performing the initial trials indoor in a
controlled environment, we provide you with more reliable data, faster
and for a lot less money.

In this case, depending on your budget, we would propose to initially
test your product on two or three plant varieties, with the type of soils
commonly found in the targeted region. This would translate to a
certain number of plants based on the statistical accuracy you desire.

We offer great flexibility by renting green house space by the bench.
Each bench accommodates 320 containers of 1.5 gallons to 5 gallons.
More containers can be placed on the benches, however the cost will
be proportionally higher due to the higher cost of production and
supplies. The minimum rental is one bench for two months. The more
benches you rent, the more discount we provide.

As part of our fees, we supply the seeds, soil, containers, fertilizers,
amendments and other chemicals, available to growers through normal
supplier channels; and we grow the plants to your specifications. We
may charge you an additional fee for acquisition of plant cuttings or
starter plants if seeds are not available.

We will apply any products you supply us for testing, provided they are
lawful and do not pose any environmental hazard to the soil or workers.

If your goal is to increase solids content or certain phytochemicals in
the plant, we will perform the research by altering factors such as
temperature, moisture, pH, light, enzyme activity, nutrition, soil, etc. to
elicit a physiological change in the plant.

We will provide updates of our research and tissue samples (if you
desire), at least once a month and more frequently upon request. From
time to time we may need laboratory tissue sample analysis. In such
case we will only charge you the cost of the lab and shipping.

We work closely with our clients and encourage them to visit us as
often as they desire.

Upon termination of the project, we will submit a complete report of our
findings along with all supplemental data.

Fee Schedule

Outdoor Trials and Production Consulting Services

We also provide outdoor trials and production consulting services. Our
fees are based on the size of trials or acreage of production, number of
locations and travel expense to those locations.

Confidentiality

We recognize that the results we provide our clients may give them a
significant competitive advantage. That is precisely why they pay us to
do research. Therefore, all our projects are strictly confidential; and the
research findings become the property of the client. Furthermore we will
not published or share this information with any anyone else.
Additionally, we will decline any projects from new clients, which are
similar in scope to any projects we have performed or are in the process
of performing for existing clients.
We would love to provide testimonials of our work or share the names of
our clients, but that would compromise our promise to them.
